Nemesis: Retaliation - The Xyrians
The Xyrians are an independent faction in Nemesis: Retaliation that bring a new dimension to your gameplay, blending unpredictability with strategic depth. Xyrians are creatures that resemble octopuses, and they have an advanced blending technology that lets them hide in plain sight. During the game with Xyrians, you will be adding their Tokens to rooms - but you can never be sure whether this is only an old trace or an actual Xyrian until you step into the room and investigate. Xyrians operate independently, creating dynamic scenarios that can shift the tide of your mission. Sometimes, they might be your unpredicted ally, sometimes your worst enemy.
This mysterious, technologically advanced race has its own goals that will create exciting situations. In addition, this new race introduces a series of unique serious wounds! They will not only deal "standard" damage but also perform unique attacks. These events add new challenges and some extra narrative depth to your Retaliation missions. Those who successfully manage to defeat a Xyrian are rewarded with exceptionally rare artifacts (i.e., Weapons, Armor, or some precious Items), adding a tantalizing incentive to engage with this new threat. And finally, there are possible conflicts between the Xyrians and other alien races, which can be used to your advantage. Each encounter with the Xyrians will feel fresh, presenting challenges and twists to your game!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for proper packaging and shipping of the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not provide returns/refunds for items that arrive later than the estimated shipping arrival date, or items lost during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
